Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes

I found this recipe for fresh strawberry cupcakes that I just had to make. My little girl wanted a strawberry cake for her birthday and anything artificial is out of the question. We usually go to Whole Foods for cakes, but since there isn't a Whole Foods in Charlotte, NC yet, I had to go to plan B.

This recipe is completely from scratch, with no cancerous Yellow 6 or Red 40. Enjoy!

Instead of frosting I whipped fresh heavy cream with a little sugar in the Magic Bullet and shaved some chocolate for sprinkles.
